It encourages the lymph flow in your body and strengthens your immune system. It improves body metabolism, stimulates the activity of lymph nodes and the production of lymphocytes. It will help the body to get rid of waste material and toxins (draining toxins, stagnant fluids, and protein from the interstitial fluid). Receiving a lymphatic drain massage three or four times a year will be enough to be healthier!

Pain Relief Massage
Ideal to soothe your muscle aches and pains (caused by irritated nerves or grade 1 strained muscles during the subacute stage; it can reduce stiffness, some post-injury discomforts and posture issues), and the wear of daily life
It is possible to book a treatment late evening around 20:00 only from Monday to Thursday, but there is an extra cost of £25
